A1: Ruiniu is a professional outdoor apparel manufacturer. We were founded in 2003. Unlike trading companies, we own a 5,000-square-meter factory in Foshan, Guangdong.
We have full production equipment, including automatic down filling machines, CNC cutters, heat sealing machines and sewing machines. You can visit our factory or take an online video tour.
A2: Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM private label service.
We can add your brand through embroidery, heat transfer printing, screen printing or silicone badges. We also customize all accessories: labels, hang tags and zipper pullers.
A3: Our price is based on a cost-plus model. It depends on fabric, workmanship and order quantity.

Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style/color. We can negotiate lower MOQs for trial orders with new partners.
A6: Sampling takes 7-10 days after fabric and design are confirmed.
Bulk production takes 45-60 days after deposit and sample approval. We have 23 lines to support on-time delivery.
A7: We have strict quality checks at every stage.
1. IQC: Test all materials before use.
2. IPQC: Check sewing during production.
3. FQC: Inspect every garment before packing.
You can also hire third-party inspectors like SGS or Intertek.
A8: We accept T/T (bank transfer) and L/C for large orders.
We require a 30% deposit to start production. The remaining 70% is paid before shipment.
