Typical sample lead time is 7–10 working days after materials are confirmed.
Embroidery, printing, patches, woven labels, care labels, size labels and custom packaging can be developed as part of the same order.
Fabric, insulation, zippers, labels, elastic, rib and other trims are sourced according to the product specification and target market.
Approved samples and specifications are transferred to bulk production. Standard bulk lead time is 35–50 days depending on order quantity and construction complexity, with inline inspection and final inspection before shipment.

Automated cutting equipment, together with dedicated sewing, filling and seam-sealing equipment, helps us maintain consistent production as order quantities increase.
Quality checks are carried out during cutting, sewing, finishing and packing — not only after production is completed.
Final inspection follows AQL 2.5 or the buyer's specified standard. Needle detection can be carried out before packing when required. SGS pre-shipment inspection is supported at our Foshan factory.
