Light microfleece works well for layering and mild climates. Midweight polar fleece is commonly used for outdoor, workwear and uniform programs. Bonded fleece adds more structure and can be combined with a wind-resistant or water-repellent outer face.
Before sampling, we confirm the target weight, hand feel, brushing, stretch, color and anti-pilling requirement. This prevents a warm-looking fabric from being approved when the final jacket needs to stay light or packable.
Flatlock seams reduce bulk in active styles, while overlock and reinforced seams suit everyday jackets and uniforms. The construction is selected according to fabric thickness and the stress points in the design.
Options include zipped hand pockets, chest pockets, elastic binding, drawcord hems and branded zipper pulls. We check trim compatibility before the pre-production sample is approved.
Embroidery, heat transfer, woven labels and custom packaging can be developed from your artwork. Logo size and placement are checked against the garment pattern, not added after production has started.
Fleece can stretch or shift during sewing, especially around shoulders, pocket openings and zippers. Our sample team checks seam appearance, panel alignment and movement before the style is released for bulk production.

For lightweight layering, buyers often select 160-200 gsm. Midweight outdoor and uniform styles commonly use 240-280 gsm. Heavier winter or structured styles may use 300-360 gsm. We recommend confirming the target climate and use before selecting the weight.
We confirm the anti-pilling requirement during fabric approval and inspect the fabric surface before cutting. Testing can be arranged according to the buyer's required standard and destination market.
Yes. Recycled polyester fleece and traceable material options can be sourced when required. Certification scope and transaction documentation should be confirmed for each material and order.
Yes. A reference sample can be used together with your requested changes. We still need confirmation of the size chart, fabric, trims, branding and target order quantity before preparing the sample.
