Before the line starts, the production team works from the approved sample, measurement chart and final construction details. If something changed during sampling, the latest approved version is what goes to the line.
For bomber jackets, we also confirm the rib construction, zipper length, pocket position, lining and padding before bulk sewing starts.
If an approved material or construction detail changes before production, a revised production sample is made and confirmed before the changed version is released to the line.

The rib is not simply stretched by feel during sewing. Its length and tension need to work with the shell opening. If the waistband rib is fed too tightly, it can pull the body inward. Too loose, and the finished edge can flare. We confirm this during sampling and compare bulk production against the approved garment.
Front zipper length is another point we check before attachment. This matters even more on padded bombers, where the extra thickness can change how the front opening sits after the shell and lining are joined.
On MA-1 and utility styles, pocket position is easy to notice. Left and right sides are checked against the approved sample rather than positioned by eye on the sewing line.

Inline QC checks the garment while the line is running. On bomber jackets, visible differences often show up around the front opening, rib attachment and pocket position, so these areas are checked against the approved sample during production.
Final inspection is carried out before packing. We follow AQL 2.5 or the buyer's specified inspection standard.
Needle detection can be arranged before packing when required.
Send us the design you're working on together with your expected quantity. We'll review the construction first and come back with the points that need to be confirmed before sampling.
