A hardshell jacket is a waterproof-breathable outer shell built with a membrane and seam-sealed construction. RUINIU manufactures custom 2L, 2.5L and 3L hardshell jackets in China. MOQ starts from 100 pcs per style/color, samples normally take 7–10 working days, and bulk production takes 35–50 working days after sample approval.

DWR finish, recycled shell fabrics and mechanical-stretch options can be selected according to the approved fabric specification.
01 Tech Pack & Pattern Review Measurements, fit and construction are reviewed before sample development.
02 Fabric Cutting Shell panels are cut to the approved markers and pattern specifications.
03 Sewing Panels, pockets, zippers, hood and adjustment components are assembled to the approved sample.
04 Seam Sealing Hot-air seam tape is applied to required seams according to the approved seam-sealing specification.
05 In-line Quality Check Workmanship, measurements, zipper function and seam-sealing areas are checked during production.
06 Final Inspection & Packing Finished jackets are inspected to AQL 2.5 requirements before packing and shipment.
RUINIU manages pattern development, cutting, sewing, seam sealing, inspection and packing within the factory workflow.
The factory operates 20 production lines with annual capacity above 600,000 garments.
RUINIU uses hot-air seam sealing equipment for waterproof shell production.
Seam tape, zipper construction, hood design and pocket details are reviewed against the approved sample and fabric specification.
Workmanship, measurements, zipper function and seam-sealing areas are checked during production.
Final orders are inspected to AQL 2.5 requirements before shipment. Needle detection is carried out according to order requirements.
