All fabrics were tested before production to verify waterproof performance, color fastness, anti-pilling performance, shrinkage stability, and chemical compliance according to European children's apparel regulations.
Three rounds of prototypes were produced based on Helly Hansen tech packs, incorporating hood adjustments, sleeve length calibration, zipper guard softness, and fit refinements. Final samples were approved within 40 days.
Fabric panels were cut using automated equipment to maintain sizing consistency and ensure waterproof seam alignment.
Production on dedicated children's apparel lines applied reinforced stitching and heat-taped seams on critical areas to maintain waterproof performance and child safety.
