Control starts with the shell and lining density, needle and thread selection, seam construction and baffle design. The approved material combination should be checked during sampling and production.
No. A water-repellent shell is not automatically waterproof. Waterproof performance requires an appropriate membrane or coating, seam construction and testing of the finished specification.
