Our manufacturing capability covers different insulation weights, baffle structures and end uses. The correct construction is selected from the target climate, activity, packability, care and retail price.
For brands requiring packable insulation products, using light shell fabrics, compact baffles and controlled fill weight.
For cold-weather outdoor applications that require greater coverage, higher fill volume, protective hoods and wind-resistant details.
Recycled shell fabrics and traceable filling can be sourced when the buyer states the required standard and supporting documentation.
Fill power does not describe the complete warmth of a jacket. Fill weight, baffle design, garment length, wind protection and fit also affect thermal performance.
These factory images provide visible evidence of the production, filling and inspection stages behind an OEM down jacket order.

Cutting, sewing, assembly, finishing and packing processes are managed against the approved sample and production specification.

The controlled filling process helps maintain consistent insulation distribution, baffle balance and finished-garment performance.

Workmanship, measurements, filling balance, trims, branding and finished-garment quality are checked before packing.
Design review: review the tech pack, reference sample, artwork, size chart and target performance.
Material selection: confirm the shell fabric, lining, down or synthetic insulation, trims, colours and test requirements.
Prototype development: create samples for fitting, baffle construction, fill distribution and workmanship approval.
Performance review: check insulation distribution, down leakage, measurements and any agreed laboratory tests.
Production preparation: approve the pre-production sample, bill of materials, labels, packing and quality standard.
Bulk manufacturing: execute production with material checks, in-line inspection, production tracking and final quality control.

RUINIU has manufactured outdoor apparel since 2002, with experience in technical jackets, insulated outerwear and customized bulk production.
Projects can start from a tech pack, reference sample, sketch or product brief, followed by prototype, fit and construction approval.
Material preparation, cutting, sewing, filling, assembly, finishing and packing are coordinated against the approved specification.
Shell fabrics, linings, down or synthetic insulation, trims and branding components are reviewed for availability, performance and cost.
Production tracking includes measurement checks, workmanship inspection, filling balance review and agreed in-line checkpoints.
The team supports overseas brand and wholesale projects with English communication, documentation, packing and shipment coordination.
Yes. A complete tech pack is the most efficient starting point. RUINIU can also review a reference sample or design sketch and identify the information still needed before sampling.
Yes. The appropriate option depends on warmth, weight, price, care and sourcing requirements. The filling specification is confirmed in the bill of materials before bulk production.
Control starts with the shell and lining density, needle and thread selection, seam construction and baffle design. The approved material combination should be checked during sampling and production.
No. A water-repellent shell is not automatically waterproof. Waterproof performance requires an appropriate membrane or coating, seam construction and testing of the finished specification.
The main factors are shell and lining materials, down type and fill weight, construction complexity, trims, testing, packaging and order quantity.
