| Product | Custom Fleece Lined Jacket |
|---|---|
| Outer Shell | Polyester or nylon woven fabrics, with optional water-repellent (DWR) finish according to end-use requirements. |
| Fleece Lining | Brushed fleece inner lining available in various weights, thicknesses and anti-pilling finishes for targeted thermal comfort. |
| Construction | Standard multi-panel jacket construction combining outer shell fabric and internal fleece lining, engineered to balance drape, fit and seam bulk. |
| Water Resistance | Water-resistant shell options can be applied. Note that a water-repellent shell fabric does not automatically make the finished jacket fully waterproof. |
| Thermal Performance | A heavier fleece does not automatically mean a better jacket; shell weight and fleece weight need to work together to avoid excess bulk around cuffs, hems and zipper edges. |
| MOQ | Starting from 100 pcs per style/color |
| Sample Time | 7 - 10 working days |
| Bulk Lead Time | 35 - 50 days depending on material availability, order quantity and construction |

01 Tech Pack & Pattern Review Measurements, construction, fabric, seam requirements and size grading are reviewed before sampling.
02 Fabric Inspection & Cutting Fabric condition, direction and stretch are checked before approved patterns are released for cutting.
03 Sewing & Assembly Panels, pockets, zippers and other components are assembled according to the approved sample and construction specification.
04 Fleece Lining & Assembly Control Shell and fleece components are checked during assembly to control lining position, bulk at seams, zipper alignment and overall garment shape.
05 Inline & Final Inspection Measurements, workmanship, appearance and functional details are checked during and after production.
06 Needle Detection & Packing Finished garments are checked and packed according to the confirmed packing requirements.

We handle pattern development, material sourcing, sampling, sewing, inspection and packing through our production team. The approved sample and confirmed specifications are used as the reference for bulk production.
MOQ starts from 100 pcs per style/color, subject to fabric and trim availability.

Outer shell weight and fleece weight need to be considered together. A lining that is too heavy for the shell can affect drape, fit and seam appearance.
During development, we check the combination of shell fabric, fleece thickness, zipper construction and garment fit before the sample is approved.
Lining position and seam bulk are checked at areas such as cuffs, hem, collar, pockets and zipper edges.

Bulk production follows the approved sample, measurement chart, BOM and confirmed material specifications.
Inline inspections focus on measurements, lining position, seam appearance, zipper alignment, pocket construction and workmanship.
Finished garments are checked before packing according to the confirmed inspection standard.
Send us your tech pack, reference sample or product images. We can review the outer fabric, fleece weight, construction, fit, zippers, pockets, trims and branding requirements before sampling and quotation.
Answer: Fleece weight can be selected according to the season, climate and required warmth. We normally confirm the outer shell and fleece combination during sampling because lining weight also affects fit, drape and seam bulk.
Answer: Yes. Polyester, nylon and other woven shell fabrics with water-repellent finishes can be used. If a specific waterproof performance is required, the fabric and garment construction need to be reviewed separately.
Answer: Yes. We can develop from a tech pack, reference sample or product images. Fabric, fleece, pattern, sizing, zippers, trims, labels and branding are confirmed during development before bulk production.
