01 Pattern Development Patterns, measurements and construction details are confirmed before sampling.
02 Fabric Cutting Fabric panels are cut according to the approved pattern and production specifications.
03 Sewing & Assembly Stitching, seam appearance and panel alignment are checked during production.
04 Trim & Hardware Assembly Zippers, cuffs, drawcords and other trims are attached according to the approved sample.
05 Needle Detection Finished jackets go through needle detection before packing.
06 Final Inspection & Packing Finished jackets are checked for workmanship, measurements, appearance and packing requirements before shipment.
Fabric sourcing, sampling, cutting, sewing, inspection and packing are coordinated by our factory team.
