01 CAD Pattern Design Pattern measurements, size grading and construction details are confirmed before sample development.
02 Automated Cutting Fabric panels are cut according to the approved pattern and size specifications.
03 Precision Stitching Qualified operators control stitch density, seam appearance and panel alignment during sewing.
04 Trim & Hardware Assembly Zippers, elastic cuffs, drawcords and other components are installed according to approved specifications.
05 Needle Detection Double-pass metal detection screening on every finished windbreaker.
06 Final Inspection & Packing Finished jackets are checked against approved specifications before packing and shipment.
