Measurements, construction, down ratio, fill power, fabric and trim details are checked during sampling.
Revisions are made against the tech pack, reference sample or buyer comments, and the approved version becomes the reference for bulk production.
Down leakage, filling distribution, quilting consistency and weight control are checked during production.
Rib width and elasticity, pocket position, zipper alignment and panel measurements are checked during sewing.
Finished jackets are checked against the approved sample and order specifications, including measurements, stitching, down fill distribution, rib attachment, zipper installation and visible defects.
