Heavyweight Fleece Types
Polar Fleece: A practical choice for cold-weather jackets, workwear uniforms and outdoor apparel. Different fabric weights and finishes can be selected according to the intended use.
Anti-Pill Polar Fleece: Available with anti-pill finishing to help reduce surface fuzzing and pilling during repeated wear and washing.
Recycled Fleece: GRS-certified recycled polyester fleece options are available for brands developing products with recycled material requirements.
Sherpa Fleece: High-pile sherpa fleece can be used for selected panels, linings or alternative jacket constructions where a softer, fuller texture is preferred.

01 Fabric GSM & Tech Pack Review We review the tech pack, target GSM, fleece construction, color requirements and trims before confirming the material and production details.
02 Pattern Development Patterns, grading and garment measurements are developed according to the buyer's size specifications and fit requirements.
03 Sample Approval A development sample is prepared for checking fit, measurements, fabric feel, color, zipper details and workmanship before bulk production.
04 Cutting Fabric is cut according to approved patterns. Our automatic cutting equipment helps maintain consistent panel dimensions across production batches.
05 Sewing Fleece panels, zippers, pockets, hood construction and other components are assembled according to the approved sample and production specifications.
06 Inline Quality Inspection Our QC team checks measurements, stitching, pocket placement and workmanship throughout production, following defined inspection checkpoints.
07 Metal Detection & Final Inspection Finished garments undergo metal detection and final quality inspection. AQL 2.5 sampling criteria are applied before packing and shipment.
