Shell Fabric
Nylon Shell: Lightweight nylon provides durability, smooth hand feel and a clean appearance for modern bomber jacket designs.
Polyester Woven Fabric: Offers excellent color stability, easy care performance and suitability for commercial fashion collections.
Satin Fabric: Creates a premium smooth surface commonly used for fashion and streetwear bomber jackets.

Filling & Insulation

Lightweight Puffer Construction: Different shell fabrics, quilting structures and insulation weights can be developed to balance warmth, weight and target retail positioning.
Quilted bomber jackets require accurate control of padding thickness, quilting lines and panel matching during production. Before bulk production, we check quilting alignment, seam allowance, zipper installation and overall measurements based on the approved sample. This helps maintain consistent appearance across large production orders.

Measurements, construction, fabric and trim details are checked during sampling.
Revisions are made against the tech pack, reference sample or buyer comments, and the approved version becomes the reference for bulk production.
Rib width and elasticity, pocket position, zipper alignment and panel measurements are checked during sewing.
Reinforcement can be added around pockets and other stress points when required by the construction.
Finished jackets are checked against the approved sample and order specifications, including measurements, stitching, rib attachment, zipper installation and visible defects.
