Fleece Fabric Types
Microfleece: Lightweight microfleece in 150–200 GSM for base layers, lightweight jackets and transitional-season use.
Polar Fleece: 250–400 GSM polar fleece for warmer jackets and cold-weather applications.
Sherpa & Pile Fleece: 300–400 GSM sherpa and pile fleece for heavier winter styles and casual outdoor jackets.
Other Fabric Options
100% Polyester & Recycled: Standard polyester fleece or recycled fleece options are available. GRS-certified materials can be used when required.
Anti-Pill: Anti-pilling finishes can be specified according to the fabric and required performance.
Woven Panel: Nylon or woven panels can be added to high-wear areas such as pockets, shoulders or lower body sections.
01 CAD Pattern Design Patterns are developed from the approved measurements, construction details and reference sample.
02 Automated Cutting Fabric panels are cut using our automated cutting equipment to keep measurements and panel shapes consistent.
03 Precision Stitching Panels are assembled according to the approved construction, with attention to seams, pockets, cuffs and other key points.
04 Trim & Logo Application Labels, embroidery, zippers and other trims are added according to the approved sample and specifications.
05 Needle Detection Finished garments are checked through needle detection before packing.
06 AQL 2.5 Inspection Final inspection follows the agreed AQL 2.5 standard before packing and shipment.
We manage fleece jacket production from fabric sourcing, pattern development, cutting, sewing and final inspection.
Before bulk production, our team confirms measurements, fabric GSM, trims and construction details with the buyer.
MOQ starts from 100 pcs per style/color. Larger production programs can be planned according to the buyer's requirements.
Fabric is checked before cutting for appearance, weight and the required performance characteristics.
Recycled fleece with GRS certification can be sourced when required.
Pocket openings, seam construction and other high-use areas are checked against the approved sample.
Bulk orders are planned around the approved sample, fabric availability and production schedule. Standard bulk lead time is 35–50 days.
Final inspection is carried out according to the agreed AQL 2.5 standard before shipment.
Finished garments go through needle detection before packing.
