Shell Fabric Options
Nylon Woven Fabric: Lightweight to midweight nylon can be used where wind resistance, soft hand feel and reduced garment weight are priorities.
Polyester Woven Fabric: A practical option for outdoor, uniform and private label programs requiring dimensional stability and consistent color performance.
Ripstop Construction: Available where additional tear resistance is required without moving to a heavy outer shell.
Fleece Lining & Finish Options
Polyester Fleece: Fleece weight and surface can be selected according to the required warmth, hand feel and finished garment weight.
DWR Finish: PFAS-free water-repellent finishes are available when the shell needs protection against light rain and moisture.
Alternative Lining Construction: Fleece can be used through the body while smoother lining materials can be considered in selected areas where easier layering or reduced bulk is required.

04 Trim & Hardware Assembly Zippers, drawcords, labels, cuffs and other components are installed according to the approved sample.
05 Inline & Final Inspection Measurements, lining position, zipper function, seam appearance and overall balance are checked during and after production.
06 Packing & Shipment Preparation Finished garments are packed according to confirmed order requirements after final inspection.

Buyers can provide a tech pack, reference sample or product images. Shell fabric, fleece type, lining construction, measurements, trims and branding requirements are reviewed before sampling.
Shell and lining materials are considered together because fleece thickness can affect finished garment measurements, mobility and overall bulk.
Sample adjustments are completed before bulk production so the approved garment becomes the reference for fit and construction.

Fleece has more thickness and surface friction than a smooth lining, so lining allowance needs to be controlled to avoid pulling, twisting or excess bulk inside the garment.
Particular attention is given to the front zipper, hood, cuffs and hem, where shell and lining layers meet and thickness can affect sewing appearance.
During bulk production, garment balance, lining position and seam appearance are checked against the approved sample.
