Shell Fabric Options
Nylon and Polyester: Choose the fabric weight, surface finish and hand feel according to the jacket design and printing requirements.

01 Design and Artwork Review Review the reference images, tech pack, artwork files, measurements and branding requirements.
02 Fabric and Filling Selection Confirm shell fabric, print requirements, lining, filling, colors and trims.
03 Pattern and Cutting Develop the pattern and prepare garment panels according to the approved specifications, including print placement where required.
04 Printing Sewing and Filling Apply the approved print design and assemble the jacket. Control stitching, quilting, filling distribution and garment construction.
05 Sample Approval and Quality Control Check print color and placement, measurements, zipper function and construction against the approved sample.
06 Final Inspection and Packing Inspect finished jackets against the agreed requirements and pack them according to the approved packing instructions.
