Nylon Satin
A common choice for classic bomber and MA-1 inspired jackets. Different weights and levels of sheen can be selected during development.
Polyester Satin
Suitable when the project requires a smooth surface with more flexibility in color, weight and cost.
Lining Options
Smooth polyester taffeta and satin linings are available for lightweight styles. Quilted lining with polyester padding can be used when additional warmth is required.
Rib Matching
Collar, cuff and hem ribs can be developed to match the shell color or used as a contrast detail. Rib composition, weight and stretch recovery are confirmed during sampling.
01 Pattern & Sample Development
Pattern, measurements and construction are prepared and refined during sampling.
02 Fabric Inspection & Cutting
Shell, lining and rib fabrics are thoroughly inspected prior to precision cutting.
03 Sewing & Assembly
Panels are stitched and assembled with careful attention to structural details.
04 Rib, Snap & Hardware Installation
Rib knit components, snap buttons or zippers are securely installed.
05 Inline Inspection
Ongoing checks on measurements, stitching quality and assembly consistency.
06 Final Inspection & Packing
Finished garments undergo a final pass against approved specifications before packing.

Shell fabric, lining, rib and trim colors are checked against the approved sample before bulk cutting.

Pocket position, rib measurements, front closure, sleeve details and stitching construction are confirmed during sample development.

Embroidery, patches and labels are checked for size, position and color before they are applied to bulk garments.

Inline inspections focus on measurements, stitching, rib attachment, hardware and appearance. Finished garments are inspected before packing.
