3-Layer Softshell Construction: 3-layer softshell construction combines an outer stretch layer, TPU membrane and fleece backing for wind protection, comfort and daily outdoor use.
Stretch Options: Stretch fabric options improve mobility for hiking, workwear and active outdoor applications.
Wind Resistance Performance: Dense woven construction helps reduce wind penetration during outdoor activities.
Sustainable Material Options
GRS Recycled Polyester: GRS certified recycled polyester can be sourced for programs requiring verified recycled content.
PFAS Free DWR: PFAS free water repellent finishing is available when light rain and moisture resistance are required.
Brushed Fleece Backing: Fleece weight and surface can be selected according to required warmth, hand feel and finished garment weight.

04 Precision Cutting Approved patterns are transferred to cutting to maintain size accuracy between samples and bulk production.
05 Sewing & Reinforcement Our production team controls stitching consistency, seam strength and finishing details during assembly.
06 Final Inspection Finished garments are checked against the approved specification before packing. Final inspection follows the buyer's agreed quality standard.
