Waterproof Shell Fabrics
RUINIU develops 3-in-1 jacket shells in nylon and polyester fabrics based on the required waterproof level, durability and end use. PU membranes, TPU coatings, DWR finishes, Ripstop and Taslan options are available according to the product specification.
Detachable Inner Liners
Fleece liners are suitable for lighter insulation, while synthetic padded liners provide more warmth for colder conditions. Zippers, snap fasteners and connection points are developed together with the shell so the inner jacket can be removed and worn separately.
01 Sample Development Patterns and samples are developed from the customer's tech pack, reference sample or design.
02 Fabric Cutting Shell and liner materials are cut to the approved pattern and size specification.
03 Waterproof Seam Sealing Required shell seams are sealed with hot-air seam tape according to the waterproof construction.
04 Assembly The outer shell, detachable liner, zippers and snap connection points are assembled and checked together.
05 Quality Inspection Workmanship, measurements, zipper function and liner connection are checked during production.
06 Final Inspection & Packing Finished jackets are checked to AQL 2.5 requirements before packing and shipment.
RUINIU manages fabric sourcing, pattern development, cutting, sewing and inspection through the same factory production workflow. The factory operates 20 production lines with annual capacity above 600,000 garments.
