Shell & Finish Options
MA-1 Nylon Shells: Classic bomber jacket fabrics with a smooth surface, lightweight structure and military-inspired appearance.
Lightweight Nylon Shells: Ideal for spring and transitional seasons due to their soft hand feel, high strength-to-weight ratio, and clean drape.
Polyester Woven Shells: Provides excellent color fastness, dimensional stability, and a smooth surface suitable for everyday casual wear.
DWR Finish: A durable water-repellent coating can be added to the outer shell to protect against light surface moisture and morning dew.
Lining & Inner Construction
Unlined Styles: Perfect for ultra-lightweight summer or layering jackets, highlighting clean internal seams and lightweight comfort.
Lightweight Taffeta Lining: Offers a smooth interior glide for easy arm movement and effortless layer-on/layer-off use.
Mesh Lining: Enhances internal airflow and breathability for sporty or active lightweight iterations.
Lightweight nylon and polyester shells need more attention during sewing than heavier bomber fabrics. If the needle, thread tension or feeding is not matched to the fabric, puckering can appear along zipper edges, pocket openings and panel seams. We confirm the sewing setup on the actual bulk fabric before the line moves into normal production.

Measurements, construction, fabric and trim details are checked during sampling.
Revisions are made against the tech pack, reference sample or buyer comments, and the approved version becomes the reference for bulk production.
We check zipper alignment, pocket symmetry, rib tension, panel matching and logo placement according to the approved sample.
Reinforcement can be added around pockets and other stress points when required by the construction.
Finished jackets are checked against the approved sample and order specifications, including measurements, stitching, rib attachment, zipper installation and visible defects.

A2: Lightweight shells require careful matching of needle size, thread tension, and machine feeding. We test and calibrate the sewing setup on the actual bulk fabric before launching line production.
A3: You can choose to keep the jackets unlined for a pure lightweight feel, or select smooth taffeta lining and mesh lining depending on your garment structure.
A4: Sample lead time is about 7–10 days. Bulk production takes about 35–50 days after sample and material approval.
