Shell Fabric Options
Lightweight Nylon: 20D and 30D nylon are commonly used when low weight and packability are priorities. Fabric weight, hand feel and finish can be adjusted for the intended use.
Polyester Ripstop: A practical option when better tear resistance and dimensional stability are required for outdoor, team or workwear programs.
Mechanical Stretch Woven: Available for designs that require more freedom of movement without using a heavy stretch fabric.
Fabric Finishes & Lining Options
Recycled Polyester: GRS-certified recycled polyester can be sourced when recycled content is required for the program.
PFAS-Free DWR: Available for styles requiring water repellency against light rain and moisture. The required finish should be confirmed during material development.
Mesh or Taffeta Lining: Mesh can be used where ventilation is needed, while lightweight taffeta provides a smoother internal finish. Unlined construction is also available for lightweight designs.
01 Pattern & Specification Review Measurements, construction details, fabric requirements and size grading are checked before sampling.
02 Cutting Approved patterns are used for bulk cutting, with panel placement and material utilization checked before sewing.
03 Sewing & Assembly Stitching, panel alignment, pocket construction and reinforcement points are checked during production.
04 Trims & Components Zippers, elastic cuffs, drawcords, labels and other trims are installed according to the approved sample.
05 Inline & Final Inspection Measurements, workmanship, appearance and functional details are checked during and after production.
06 Needle Detection & Packing Finished garments are inspected and packed according to the confirmed packing requirements.

Buyers can send a tech pack, reference sample or product images for development. Before sampling, we confirm fabric, construction, trims, measurements, logo method and other details that affect the finished garment.
Sample adjustments are made before bulk production so that key construction and fit details are based on an approved reference.

Lightweight fabrics require careful handling during cutting and sewing because puckering, uneven seams and fabric shifting are more visible than on heavier jackets.
During production, we check seam appearance, pocket position, zipper installation, elastic tension and reinforcement at stress points.

Production follows the approved sample and confirmed specifications. Inline checks are used during sewing, followed by final inspection before packing.
For repeat programs, approved specifications and construction details can be referenced for subsequent orders to improve consistency between production runs.

Answer: Yes. We can develop the jacket from a tech pack, reference sample or product images. Fabric, measurements, construction, trims and branding details are confirmed before sampling.
Answer: Common options include lightweight nylon, polyester ripstop and mechanical stretch woven fabrics. Fabric selection depends on the required weight, hand feel, durability, packability and water repellency.
Answer: This style is designed primarily as a lightweight wind resistant and water resistant jacket. A DWR finish can provide protection against light rain, but water resistance should not be confused with a fully seam sealed waterproof shell. If a higher waterproof level is required, the fabric and construction need to be developed accordingly.
Answer: Yes. Logo embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, woven labels, care labels, hangtags, zipper pullers and packaging can be developed according to the brand specification.
Answer: MOQ starts from 100 pcs per style and color. The final MOQ may depend on fabric dyeing, custom trims and other material requirements.
Answer: Sampling normally takes around 7–10 days after materials and specifications are confirmed. Bulk lead time is confirmed according to material availability, order quantity and construction after sample approval.
